All guests must arrive to the wedding via our wedding shuttles. There will not be any on-site parking. The shuttles will pick up guests from six hotels: Solage, Indian Springs, Calistoga Motor Lodge, UpValley, Golden Haven and the Best Western. If you plan to stay at an Airbnb, please plan to drive to one of these hotels and ride the shuttle from there.



PURE LUXURY TRANSPORTATION - SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

Please make sure you arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow time to get seated on the bus. Bus will depart SHARPLY at the below departure times.



Golden Haven: Bus to depart at 3:20pm

Indian Springs: Bus to depart at 3:25pm

Calistoga Motor Lodge: Bus to depart at 3:30pm

Best Western: Bus to depart at 3:35pm

UpValley: Bus to depart at 3:40pm

Solage: Bus to depart at 3:45pm



The wedding ends at 11pm. Return shuttle busses will be available between 9pm - 11:30pm.
